This pattern was first tied about ten years ago ans is based on the colours of a successful wet French partridge mayfly with added wings of CDC.It looks extremely realistic and the upright CDC wings aid it when blowing along in a breeze. It is now one of the most successful dry fly patterns on Lough Erne and Corrib.
