Delivery
Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours.When possible orders received before 12.00pm will be dispatched same day.
Normal postal delivery times for UK are 1-5 working days.Other EU destinations 3-8 working days however please allow up to 21 days.
It is not possible for us to despatch at weekends or Bank holidays.

Payment
Payment for all orders will be in GB pounds sterling. VAT at the current rate is included in goods price and will be payable on all orders.
Responsibility for any local taxes or duties lies with you the customer.
All goods remain the property of Mid Antrim Angling Centre until paid for in full.
Refunds and Returns
You may return goods for a full refund or exchange for any reason within 14 days. Returned goods must be unused and in undamaged original packaging and with manufacturers labels and warranty cards attached.
Please include receipt or proof of purchase as refunds cannot be given without it.
Postage and insurance for returned goods is at your, the customers, cost. Responsibility for goods returned lies with the customer until we take delivery.
Where goods have been delivered free of charge that cost may be deducted from any refund given at our discretion.
Faulty Goods and Warranties
Items to be returned must be clean, dry and free from mud or dirt.Original receipt or proof of purchase must be included. If not meeting these conditions we will return to you.
Some items may require inspection by the manufacturer.If this is the case you will be informed.A warranty is provided by the manufacturer not the trader.Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
